Bought Korea esim red for the trip, and I didn't read the instruction and deleted the esim when I had smal trouble.

The krsims chat agent came through quickly and resolved the situation quickly and without much headache.

The esim worked great and was amazing. Had no trouble with the data connectivity and speed.
