Very impressed by this company's customer service. I was scheduled to vacation in Seoul in July, but ended up having to undergo emergency surgery at home and was grounded. In trying to recover the major costs of my cancelled trip, I'd completely forgotten about the little details like SIM cards. KRSIM emailed a follow-up after I was supposed to have picked up my card, checking to see if everything was OK. When I told them what happened and forwarded them the hospital's letter, they confirmed I'd not picked up my card and issued an immediate refund with their sympathies. They were under no obligation to do so. Attentive, honorable people over there. If I finally make it over to Seoul, I would be more than happy to patronize their business and encourage others to do so as well. So nice to find good, honest people in the tourism industry.
