Great customer service, my SIM card was delayed due to a covid outbreak in the courier service (not this companys fault!) but as I couldn't speak Korean I wasn't able to phone up to sort something out. The manager of Korea SIM Card phoned and sorted it all out, I received with new SIM card within a few hours. Very kind customer service, would recommend! 10/10
